Our plant-based cooking class is a hands-on or demonstration-style class where participants learn how to cook meals using only plant-derived ingredients—meaning no meat, dairy, eggs, or other animal products. The focus is on whole foods like: Vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices. We will learn how to prepare satisfying and flavorful meals without animal products, and how to use ingredients like tofu, tempeh, or jackfruit as meat alternatives.
